High-molar processed, the rotating part ring is manufactured with high precision through coaxial machining.
Processing of high molar, manufacturing the rotating part ring with high precision through coaxial processing. Due to the characteristics of the material, we strive to meet your requirements for tolerances and distortions as closely as possible.
Our company processes high molecular weight polyethylene and manufactures precision coaxial rotating part rings. Since it is a material equivalent to ultra-high molecular polyethylene, it is prone to burrs, making post-processing challenging. For semiconductor-related products, many processed items made from ultra-high molecular polyethylene often have conditions that are stricter than the drawings, requiring significant discussions even with the same user. Ultra-high molecular polyethylene (HHMW, Tybar, Newlight, Ulmolar) is a material with excellent wear resistance and is relatively soft among resins, leaving marks when pressed hard with a nail. Mass-produced items are processed using NC lathe composite processing (Okuma), including items that require round part indexing and small parts machining, utilizing a 5-sided machining approach to increase machine operating rates. We also accommodate "mass production," capable of handling items with large production numbers and shifting to a mass production system. For companies, we flexibly respond to various conditions, striving to meet diverse requests such as payment terms and the absence of drawings. Since our establishment in 1971, we have been operating until now. I deeply feel that this is only possible thanks to the support of our users. We look forward to your continued patronage.
